Discreet Shipping : All items are shipped in plain brown paper wrapped packages with no indication of where the package is shipped from, other than our street address.
We ship Monday to Thursday (only), with most orders taking 3 to 5 business days to reach you once shipped (depending on your location). To check an order just log-in to your account for the latest update related to any order.
Shipping to Canada and the United States is by Canada Post expedited delivery. For delivery by FedEx or other providers please
use the comment box on check-out. Shipping to Europe, Australia and Asia is calculated for international surface rates. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for international deliveries.
Returns :
Due to the (personal) nature of our adult products we are unable to offer refunds on used items. This is the norm for the industry and in the interest of all parties involved, the buyer and seller.
If your purchase arrives damaged or is not the item you expected please notify us immediately via email or phone, providing your transaction number and contact information. Returns are accepted on unopened / unused, or defective items only, and must be accompanied with the original till receipt packaged with your order.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are not available - a store credit will be provided via a redemption code, emailed to you upon receipt of the item returned.
Please check items that require batteries are properly charged or / and the batteries are inserted correctly.
Items with a manufacturers warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. We encourage you to fill out any warranty cards provided by the manufacturer.
